It is an exceptionally quiet and picturesque location and the ideal holiday spot. The property sits opposite the ruins of the 800-year-old North Berwick Priory.

The cosy, south-facing living room is sunny throughout the day with a wood burning stove for those cooler nights.
Off the living room is a separate dining room with pretty garden outlook and separate modern, newly refurbished kitchen have access to a west-facing porch and small, communal garden at the rear – a sunny evening spot, ideal for a quiet glass of something after a busy day on the beach!
